Mushroom Fields

It's a patch o' giant mushrooms. Every type of mushroom that you can imagine! It's a great place to get snacks, but make sure you bring a guide with you. And remember not to eat the the red capped ones! They bite back!

In the rioutous mismatched flora of the Anomalous Forest the Mushroom Fields are an oasis of peaceful rest. The cacophany of alien wildlife falls to a low hum when you enter the quiet field covered in mushrooms. They vary in size from tiny little buttons to enormous caps as large as houses that provide shelter for their smaller cousins.

The Fields are popular with visitors from all over the Zone seeking a relatively safe and quiet natural area. It is located a short walk away from the Inner Ring train station on the border of the Cantons of the nature loving Thaya's Vindicators and the ultra-capitalistic High Table.

The elves and druids maintain strict guidelines in their section of the Fields. Visitors are encouraged to walk amongst the stems and take in the sites, but they are discouraged from touching or picking the mushrooms.

On the High Table side of the Field, visitors can pay to forage amongst the mushrooms as they will, picking and eating whatever they wish. The most popular attraction is "mushroom skeet" where mushrooms are tossed in the air and tourists can shoot them down with crossbows.

Kirinal Concordance Zone

The Kirinal Concordance Zone was created around the Kirinal Pit to act as a buffer zone to defend against interplanar invasions. The Pit is a 30-mile hole in reality that chaotically manifests a different world or plane at random times.

Eventually, the people of Erathia tamed the Pit, setting it on a schedule so that an ordered succession of planes would appear over the Days of the Week.
