Goblin Town

The only settlement on the Kirinal Pit without the protection of a wall is the shanty town where the goblinoid bond soldiers of the Kirisian Magisters live. Over time they brought their families to the Zone to live with them and enjoy a more comfortable life than they could imagine in the wastelands where they used to make their homes.

The uncaring Magisters have no interest in the comfort or safety of their soldiers, but the industrious goblins keep their streets clean, their homes tidy, and their shops propsperous. Goblin Town has become a popular destination for other Kirinalos looking for solid craftwork and goblin gin.

Covert Havens

In response to their lack of protection close to the Pit, the goblins followed their instincts and tunneled into the earth under Goblin Town for safety. When the Manifest is dangerous, the residents of Gob Town descend into the earth and close heavy doors behind them. The coverts have become more and more elaborate to the point where the population below equals the population above ground.

The oblivious Magisters are completely unaware of the burgeoning population and the covert havens. As long as their soldiers perform, they don't care how they live.

Kirinal Concordance Zone

The Kirinal Concordance Zone was created around the Kirinal Pit to act as a buffer zone to defend against interplanar invasions. The Pit is a 30-mile hole in reality that chaotically manifests a different world or plane at random times.

Eventually, the people of Erathia tamed the Pit, setting it on a schedule so that an ordered succession of planes would appear over the Days of the Week.
