WorldEmber 2020 Pledge Document
I pledge to write 10,000 words during World Ember 2020. My stretch goal is 25,000. My "insanity goal" is the full 50,000!
This will be my second WorldEmber and the first one where I know what I'm doing! Last year, I had just started my WA account and I was just porting over my 3E site that I built by hand in the late 90's early 00's. Now I feel like a veteran with a few Summer Camp wins under my belt.
I'm going to be fleshing out the information a player would need to play a PC in my world. I'm possibly starting a campaign in January and I want to make it as easy as possible for players with no experience in my setting to hit the ground running. With that in mind, I'm going to be working on all the base units for a D&D campaign in the Kirinal Concordance Zone, my main area of play: races, classes, organizations, and what the rules they need for day-to-day activities.
My side goal is to also set up a separate private world for the Savage Tide campaign I'm playing with my kids. But if it's private, it probably won't count for WorldEmber.
My goal is to hit 10K words and I'm looking at the 25K word goal pretty hard. Work should be slow that month and my kids will be out of school. I should be able to focus and get these knocked out systematically.
Planned Articles
Here are all my existing stubs that I want to work on during World Ember. Fingers crossed that I can knock a huge chunk of them out this December.
I love how many stubs you've got! :D <3 Good luck with World Ember!

it's pretty daunting when you put it all in one place like this! And I have more to add before I feel like I'm done!
