Bibingka

Bibingkas are sweet coconut rice cakes wrapped in banana leaves and cooked in a clay pot. Here in the Kirinal Concordance Zone, we have discovered that they are the perfect medium for delivering healing and abjuration magic. Those created by the famous Lola Carly are especially efficacious... and delicious! I make sure that I turn on my taste receptors whenever I masticate one!

I know that in most other places, they put their consumables in potions, but here in the Zone, we like our edibles! Besides, who wants to look at all those empty bottles? I'll take our biodegradable banana leaves over broken glass any day!

In the Kirinal Concordance Zone, especially Garrison City and Gold Arrow Station, bibingka are the favored method for delivering small charms and curative magic. The process was pioneered by Lola Carly and followed by the other healers, alchemists, and babaylans of the Zone.

They are especially popular during the winter season of Anamas and are one of the common offerings to propitiate and summon Klaus the Gift Giver. During festivals and celebrations, they are given as gifts to symbolize good fortune and health. They can be found on everyone's table for the feast of Anamas Gifts Giving.

Edible potions is a great idea!   There is a glaring typo in Sgt Flayer's opening line however

I love the idea of a type of food being used as the potions of this world. I'll take five.

Since they're magic, they don't have calories! (That's how it works, right???)
