This fat and obsequious half-orc currenlty holds the title of Tyrant of Ta-Arma. He inherited it from his equally stupid uncle. As long as he obeys orders from Borthakar up the river from him, he believes that he can do as he pleases.

The populace of Ta-Arma is almost in open revolt after a decade of his inept rule. He has thrown in with the Cult of Malfador and has given refuge to their leader, Tourneymaster Dirk Altmann.
