Talon of Tiamat

On the singular day of the long threatened "Hell Week" three Infernal Forces were able to escape the Kirinal Concordance Zone and encamp on the world of Erathia. The Talon of Tiamat is one of them. Commanded by devils and abishai, they have spent the months since their arrival consolidating their positions in Kaneyama and the City of Zabar.

They have summoned the so-called "Children of Tiamat" to follow them. So far they have had some success recruiting dragonborn, kobolds, and some true dragons.

They are organized into 5 Wings consisting of 500 devils and assorted dragon-folk. Reports say that their organization consists of the following.

The Red Wing

The Breath of Tiamat

The capital-class dreadnaught, the Breath of Tiamat, is commanded by a red abishai, Admiral Timmar. It carries a crew of 250 dragonborn, draconians, and abishai. It is accompanied by an adult red dragon named Myxapex the Menace that lairs somewhere near Zabar.

It is accompanied by two cruisers with crews of 75 each and four frigates with 25 soldiers on them. Many of the crew from each ship include young dragon, drake, and wyvern riders that can directly engage the enemy.

The Blue Wing

The Blue Wing operates out of the Kaneyaman base in great secrecy. The blue abishai, General Shago, researches magic and technology equally. He is known for his huge collection of interplanar technology. A blue dragon, Kirimris the Lightreader, makes her lair near the base. She is as avid in her research as Shago.

The blue wings five cohorts are composed of a core of black and white abishai along with draconic recruits.

The Green Wing

From the City of Zabar, the Green Wing engages in diplomacy and secrets for the Talon of Tiamat. Spymaster Selzor has made alliances with a significant portion of Zabar's wealthiest and most ambitious Pirate Lords. They can easily call in favors to summon a fleet of allied pirate ships.

The Green Wing consists of five cohorts of abishai, draconics, and sea creatures. They field a small fleet of sea-going ships and there is evidence that they have become pirates themselves.

The Black Wing

The black dragon, Zaznallon the Butcher leads the Black Wing. A fighting force of 500 abishai and scalykind warriors are based at the Zabar base.

The White Wing

Led by the dragonborn warrior Dirrhaas Nyxekspawn this force of 500 abishai and scalykind warriors travel the cold northern waters of the Polar Sea and Reaver's Deep. They sail cold ships making enemies and looting plunder from the Alian Tribes and Borthakar.
