Spellcasting Focus
Legendary Requires Attunement
Wrought from the helmet of Antiope Polias after she descended into the Polias Singularity, the scepter reflects her ability to channel her power through unconventional means to gain an advantage. This is the Myropio (fated blade) that Angela drew from the Breath of Ten Fists.
The scepter is a spellcasting focus and can channel Elementalist Techniques. When using the scepter for Void Caster, it functions as a +3 weapon that reaches up to 30 ft.
Void Caster. When you cast a damaging spell, you can instead choose to channel it through the scepter into a blade of the same element as the spell. Instead of the spells usual effect, you can make an attack with the scepter. This does double damage to a single target, using the same damage types and effects as the spell on that target.
Heart of the Universe. Polias' powers have primed the scepter to cast both normal spells and Elementalist Techniques. When you make an attack action without casting a spell while using the scepter, you can instead make 1d4 Empowered Strikes (see Elementalist Techniques). You can choose which strike to channel, and the base damage for the techniques is force.
Fated to Kill Gods. The Scepter of the Singularity does 10x damage to deities and can kill both Minor & Major deities.
Contingency Defense. The Scepter of the Singularity reduces damage coming from in front of the wielder by 10x if the attack is from a deity.
