This perfectly preserved heart with a strange clockwork device attached beats faintly when held. While attuned to the heart, you gain the ability to manipulate time in small ways. You can cast the time stop spell once per week without expending a spell slot.

Additionally, as a reaction when you are hit by an attack, you can briefly stop time and reposition yourself within 30 feet of your current location. You do not take damage from the triggering attack. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.

Airaket's Heart of Time is a large heart, preserved to a disturbing degree, with a strange, intricate clocklike device attached to it. It ticks slowly, reminding you of the inexorable passage of time and the fragility of life.
