Enchantment
This shortsword is a magic weapon. It has 4 charges. While you carry it, you can use an action and expend 2 charges to cast Wind Wall (save DC 15) or an action and 1 charge to cast Warding Wind from it. The Wind Blade regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn.
Enchantment Weapon Skill
Ripcurrent. As part of your attack action, you may spend one weapon skill use to replace one of your attacks made using this weapon with a Ripcurrent attack. This attack can be made as a melee or a ranged attack with a range of 30 feet. On a hit the target suffers the weapon’s normal effects, and takes an additional 1d4 bludgeoning damage. The target then makes a Strength saving throw against your weapon save DC, being pushed 10 feet away from you on a failed save. On a successful save, the target is not pushed. Objects automatically fail this save, however if the object is too heavy to be pushed, it is unaffected.

Description
Forged from Planar glass, great care has been taken to maintain this seemingly fragile glassy blade. Silver and gold twine the blade to an intracate curved elven guard and grip. As you shift it in your hand, a slight breeze follows the blade where ever it rests.
