The pocket watch has the simple appearance of a common watch. It contains the same gears, pins, metals, and designs as a regular pocket watch one might find, spare one key difference: at the center of the watch is a single quarter-sized jewel of Ethereal energy.

A Lupin Warned...: Like the Great Gentleman Burglar, you keep your eyes peeled for the nearest form of Law Enforcement, and always know how to get to the nearest exit. The user gains a +2 to Stealth & Sleight of Hand, and knows the Exact location of all forms of Law within 300ft

Only the Finest Will Do: Nothing but the best will do for your collection. The User gains the ability to determine the authenticity, abilities, and value of any item.

Playing to the Gallery:Hidden within a chamber on the watch, is a deed of ownership to a defunct News Paper. With a little investment, who knows what one could do.
