Dormant State

Lunar Shield: You gain a +1 bonus to AC while in Wild Shape.  

Phases of Power:

New Moon: Advantage on Stealth checks.   Waxing Moon: Wild Shape forms gain an additional 10 feet of movement speed.   Full Moon: Gain temporary hit points equal to your druid level when you transform using Wild Shape.   Waning Moon: Advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.  

Awakened State:

Lunar Fortitude: While in Wild Shape, you gain a +2 bonus to AC and advantage on constitution saving throws.  

Phases of Power:

New Moon: Gain advantage on Stealth checks and Dexterity saving throws.   Waxing Moon: Wild Shape forms gain an additional 20 feet of movement speed, and you can Dash as a bonus action.   Full Moon: Gain an additional use of your Wild Shape feature.   Waning Moon: Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.  

Exalted State:

  Lunar Guardian: While in Wild Shape, you gain a +3 bonus to AC, advantage on Constitution saving throws, and resistance to all damage except psychic.
 

Phases of Mastery:

New Moon: Become invisible as a bonus action while in Wild Shape until you attack or cast a spell, and gain advantage on all advantage on Stealth checks and Dexterity saving throws   Waxing Moon: Wild Shape forms gain an additional 30 feet of movement speed, and you can Dash or Disengage as a bonus action.   Full Moon: Gain two additional uses of your Wild Shape feature and regenerate 10 hit points at the start of each of your turns while in Wild Shape.   Waning Moon: Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects, and gain immunity to being charmed or frightened.

This cicular amulet is intricately crafted from pure silver and adorned with delicate filigree. A crescent moon wraps around a large, luminescent moonstone that subtly changes its hue to reflect the phases of the moon: a dark stone for the new moon, a dim glow for the waxing moon, a brilliant shine for the full moon, and a soft glow for the waning moon.

Hanging from a sturdy silver chain, the crescent moon is inscribed with ancient runes that glisten faintly under the light. These runes, imbued with ancient druidic magic, grant the wearer the protective and transformative powers of the moon.
