Dormant State
This trinket has 3 charges one of which can be used as a bonus action on your turn to roll a d6 giving the matching outcome on the table below.
The trinket regains one charge at dawn each day to a max of 3 charges.
1: Slippery Situation: Your hands become coated in a slippery mucus, causing you to drop anything you're holding. It takes until the end of your next turn to regain your grip.
2: Frog's Tongue: You can instantly retrieve any small object within 30 feet, as your hand momentarily extends like a frog's tongue. This can also disarm an opponent with a successful melee spell attack.
3: Leap of Luck: Gain a jump bonus, allowing you to leap up to 3 times your normal jump distance for the next minute. Landing from great heights during this time doesn’t incur damage.
4: Croak of Warning: Emit a loud croak that only allies can hear, regardless of distance or barriers, warning them of immediate danger and granting them advantage on their next initiative roll.
5: Invisible Hopper: Become invisible as per the invisibility spell for 1 round. This invisibility ends early if you attack, cast a spell, or turn into a frog (whichever comes first).
6: Mystical Ribbit: Your next spoken word carries magical weight, causing an enemy that hears it to be momentarily distracted and granting them disadvantage on their next attack roll against you.
Awakened State
This trinket has 4 charges one of which can be used as a bonus action on your turn to roll a d8 giving the matching outcome on the table below.
The trinket regains 1d4 charge at dawn each day to a max of 4 charges.
1: Mischievous Prank: Your hands become coated in a slippery mucus, causing you to drop anything you're holding and creating a 10-foot radius of difficult terrain around you until the end of your next turn.
2: Frog's Tongue: You can instantly retrieve any object within 60 feet, as your hand momentarily extends like a frog's tongue. This can also disarm an opponent with a successful melee spell attack.
3: Leap of Luck: Gain a jump bonus, allowing you to leap up to 5 times your normal jump distance for the next minute. Landing from great heights during this time doesn’t incur damage and grants advantage on attack rolls made immediately after landing.
4: Croak of Warning: Emit a loud croak that only allies can hear, regardless of distance or barriers, warning them of immediate danger and granting them advantage on their next initiative roll. Additionally, allies within 30 feet gain a +2 bonus to their AC until the start of your next turn.
5: Invisible Hopper: Become invisible as per the invisibility spell for 2 rounds. This invisibility ends early if you attack, cast a spell, or turn into a frog (whichever comes first).
6: Mystical Ribbit: Your next spoken word carries magical weight, causing an enemy that hears it to be momentarily distracted and granting them disadvantage on their next attack roll against you and reducing their movement speed by half until the end of their next turn.
7: Frog's Luck: For the next 10 minutes, whenever you or an ally within 60 feet of you makes a saving throw, you can roll an additional d6 and add it to the saving throw, potentially turning failure into success.
8: Bountiful Leap: Your next action can be duplicated as if you've taken it twice (such as casting a spell or making an attack). This does not consume additional resources but must target the same target or area. Additionally, you gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier.
