The Veil Projector is a small, clockwork device that creates a shimmering field of invisibility around the user. As an action, you can activate the Veil Projector to become invisible for up to 10 minutes or until you make an attack, cast a spell, or deactivate the device. The invisibility effect recharges after a long rest.

Upgrade Modules

Extended Duration. Increases the duration of the invisibility to 1 hour.

Emergency Cloaking. Automatically activates the Veil Projector if the user takes falls below 50% hit points, granting invisibility as a free reaction. This can only happen once per short rest, and only if there is a charge available.

Silent Veil. While invisible, you also gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

Multi-Use. Allows the device to be used twice per long rest.

Veil Synchronizer. Extends the invisibility effect to all additional creatures within 5 feet.

Armor Integration. Attach the Veil Projector to your armor, allowing you to use it more quickly in combat. Using a Gadget upgraded with this module now takes a bonus action instead of an action.
