Legendary

The Bubble Bow has three modes: Targeted Fire, Secret Fire, and Burst Fire. Switching between modes may be done as part of your action and each take an action to perform.   Targeted Fire. Make a ranged weapon attack with the Bubble Bow (light, range 30/90). On a hit, a target takes 2d10 + your DEX modifier in fire damage.   Secret Fire. Choose three, unoccupied points within 30 feet of you. Three translucent bubbles will fire from the Bubble Bow and travel to each of the chosen points. A bubble will explode when its space is entered by any creature (including yourself), you pop it as a reaction, or when otherwise disturbed. All bubbles will explode at the beginning of your next turn if they haven't already. Each creature within a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on an exploding bubble must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A bubble may be spotted with a DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check or seen passively with a Detect Magic or similar spell.   Burst Fire. You rapidly spray translucent bubbles out before you in a 30-foot-cone. If a creature is within that area, the bubbles begin exploding immediately. Otherwise, the cone's explosion may be set off in the same ways as with Secret Fire above. Creatures within the cone during an explosion must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The cone of bubbles may be spotted with a DC 10 Wisdom (Perception) check or seen passively with a Detect Magic or similar spell.

A legendary, one of a kind phew created by the funniguys during the fourth era. It features an odd shape with bubble-like chambers decreasing in size moving down the barrel. The phew is decorated with green and blue highlights and, although being created many centuries ago, still appears lusterious.
