Special Maneuvers
Precision Shooting - hold the weapon with both hands to increase chance to hit, +2 to hit as an attack (must be held with both hands, no offhand)
Rapid Shooting - If matching weapons are dual-wielded, fire two bursts instead of one with a modifier of -6 to hit as an attack. If successful, roll burst damage twice. Once you have used this maneuver, you may use it again after the end of your next turn.
Trickshot - Designate a specific body part to hit as an attack and deal specific conditions to the target (must be held with both hands, no offhand), you may perform this maneuver once per short or long rest.
Torso: The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw against a DC13 or be dazed
Arms: You impose disadvantage on all attacks made by the target until the start of your next turn
Legs: You hamstring an opponent and reduce their movement by half until the start of your next turn
Special Properties
CQC - Bonus of +2 to hit if between 20 and 10 feet of the target if not dual-wielding, no disadvantage if target is in melee range
Loading: Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping the magazine to pick up later), requires a full action to reload and not drop the magazine. If dual-wielded, both a bonus action and an action must be taken to reload.
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D12, if it lands on a 3, the weapon is jammed and requires a bonus action (D&D5E) or an action point (PF2E) to clear the jam
Handling: 1-handed
Despite being manufactured and licensed by Envahir, the PA-9 is actually a Eugene Morgan design. It's one of the first examples of a modern design pattern handgun with a detachable magazine in the grip. There are numerous copies since the weapon has been produced for roughly over a century.
