A dull white gem has a tiny breeze flowing around it. Being attuned to a cloudy air shard allows a creature to cast gust cantrip at will. In addition the air shard has 3 charges, by spending 1 charge the creature can cast Wind Cutter with a +5 spell casting modifier, it regains 1 charge every dawn. When the last charge is used up, roll a d10, on a 1 the shard shatters into a puff of wind.
