Found exclusively in highly secret military corps and operations, the Blink Dog mutation is almost entirely unknown to the public. Much of society is under the impression that only naturally occurring beasts have been compatible with human DNA, and for good reason. The Blink Dog mutation, granted the code-name "Tempus" is given only to specially trained members of the military or federal agencies, making use of a long forgotten name once given to the creatures. While it has been found to have leaked out onto the black market, the government actively hunts down any trace of an unknown entity that might be in possession of the mutagen, resulting in its existence being dismissed as mere rumor and urban legend.

Keen Senses
At 1st level, when you take this mutation, your nose and lower jaw take on a slight snout appearance. Your ears grow a small point and move upwards on your head, allowing more sound to come through. This mutation grants advantage on all perception checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Hound's Maw
At 1st level, when you choose this mutation, your teeth grow sharper and your canines extend. You gain a Bite attack that deals piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier.
At 14th level, this mutation improves, and your teeth and snout grow slightly larger. The damage of your bite attack becomes equal to 2d6 + your Strength modifier.
Flicker
At 6th level, your form becomes more thin and agile. You gain advantage on Dexterity saving throws. Additionally, you gain a slight blue shimmer around your hands. When you are the target of an attack, you may choose to impose disadvantage on the enemy's attack roll. When you do this, your body appears to flicker in and out of existence rapidly for the duration of this one attack.
At 14th level, this ability improves, and the blue shimmer around your hands appears to cover your body. You may now Blink, as a bonus action. When you do this you, and any equipment you are wearing or carrying, will teleport up to 30ft., in any direction to an unoccupied space. You cannot use your Blink again until you complete a short or long rest.
Ethereal Leap
At 10th level, your mutation causes your legs to grow denser and stronger. You may use a Long Jump without requiring 10ft of movement first, and when you jump you may pull up to 3 other creatures of your size or smaller with you. These creatures are tethered to you with a magical blue trail that carries them safely behind you.
At 14th level, this ability improves, and you gain the ability to Blink up to three other creatures with you when using the improved features of Flicker.
Dire Tempus
At 14th level, your mutation progresses dramatically. Your body grows a layer of fur, and you become resistant to cold damage. Additionally, your muscles become denser, and your Strength score increases by +1 or +2, whichever will increase your Strength modifier by one point. Your instincts become more animalistic, and when you enter combat any beasts with the Pack Tactics trait within 30ft., of you will enter combat as animal companions for the duration of the encounter.
Additionally, your mutations improve as described in each feature.
