The changed are humans who were warped by the magic within The Shattered Realms, their appearance is chaotic in nature, none the same. The typical Changed will have a color based on their variant, and features relevant to all races; elf-like ears, horns similar to a tiefling's, etc.   The following are the variants based on elements or damage types   Acid: When you choose this variant your color is usually dark green or other greens. The abilities you get are acid damage resistance, also you can produce acid from your body with the statblock of the spell acid splash once per long rest. Your +1 is dexterity   Bludgeoning: When you choose this variant your color is usually copper or on rare occasions bronze. The abilities you get are bludgeoning resistance against non-magical attacks, your punches also do 1d6 damage if anything does the same it will be changed into a +2. Your +1 is constitution   Cold: When you choose this variant your color is usually dark blue or blueish purple. The abilities you get are cold resistance and you can shoot cold air out of your body with the statblock of the spell ray of frost once per long rest. Your +1 is charisma   Force: When you choose this variant your color is usually purple or magenta. The abilities you get are force damage resistance and you can shoot a forceful blast with the statblock of eldritch blast once per long rest. Your +1 is strength   Fire: When you choose this variant your color is usually red or orange. The abilities you get are fire resistance and once per long rest you can create a 5ft square of fire below you that YOU do not take damage from and your next attack does an extra 1d4 fire damage. Your +1 is strength   Lightning: When you choose this variant your color is usually bright yellow or light blue. The abilities you get are lightning resistance and once per long rest you can arc your attack to another creature of your choice within a 10ft radius for 1d4 damage. Your +1 is dexterity   Necrotic: When you choose this variant your color is usually gray or dark purple. The abilities you get are necrotic resistance and you can cause a target to begin to decay with the statblock of the spell toll the dead once per long rest. Your +1 is wisdom   Piercing: When you choose this variant your color is usually iron or silver. The abilities you get are piercing resistance from non-magical attacks and you have a +1 to all piercing damage attacks also you have the ability to focus your attention on one target as in the spell true strike without concentration once per long rest. Your +1 is dexterity.   Poison: When you choose this variant your color is usually anything ranging from light to dark green or even on rare occasions dark purple. The abilities you get are poison resistance and you can spray poison out of your body with the statblock of the spell poison spray once per long rest. Your +1 is constitution   Psychic: When you choose this variant your color is usually pink, dark purple, or on rare occasions magenta. The abilities you get are psychic resistance and you can cause your target to become disorientated instantly and damage them in the process with the statblock of the spell mind sliver once per day. Your +1 is intelligence   Radiant: When you choose this variant your color is usually ranging from white to light yellow to yellow. The abilities you get are radiant resistance and you can cause your words to burst in burning radiance and damage creatures of your choice with the statblock of the spell, word of radiance once per long rest. Your +1 is charisma   Slashing: When you choose this variant your color is usually gold. The abilities you get are slashing resistance from non-magical attacks and you do 1d6 slashing damage with your unarmed attack and you can do 1d12 damage with your unarmed attack once per long rest. Your +1 is strength   Thunder: When you choose this variant your color is usually cyan or light blue. The abilities you get are thunder resistance and you can clap your hands to create a giant sound with the statblock of thunderclap once per long rest. Your +1 is strength
