Herald of the Yellow King: The Pallid Mask can use his yellow sign to inscribe the Yellow Sign on his own body. He can conceal this symbol within the folds of his robe, and reveal it once again as a move action. Creatures under the effect of a charm or compulsion spell cast by the Pallid Mask makes a wisdom saving throw(DC15) with disadvantage to resist the effects of the yellow sign.


Horrific Revelation: As a bonus action, the Pallid Mask can reveal a horrific truth to a single creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed at a DC 28 Wisdom save or become confused and babble incoherently for 1 turn as its mind reels at the terrible revelation. A creature that successfully saves against this ability is immune to this effect for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting, language-dependent effect, and the save DC is Charisma-based.
Phantom of Truth: The Pallid Mask’s deceptions transcend truth and reality. He is immune to alignment-based spells and any spell or effect that would force him to tell the truth. Additionally, the Pallid Mask gains "Deception", "Persuasion", and "Insight" as class skills.
  Rejuvenation: If killed in Carcosa, the Pallid Mask reforms in the parasitic city in 1d4 days


Actions

multiattack the pallid mask first attacks with his quarterstaff and after that he will attempt to do a Reality Leach.     Melee: - pallid quarterstaff +13 to hit and deals 38 [8d6+10] blugeoning damage + 36[8d8] necrotic damage   Reality Leech: The Pallid Mask’s touch steals the very essence of reality from his victims. Creatures struck by the Pallid Mask’s touch attack take 1d6 points of Charisma drain and become less real, appearing faintly translucent and shadowy. Attacks from such creatures deal half their normal damage and spell cast by an affected creature that does not deal damage has a 50%(die rolling up to end-user) chance of affecting their targets. Creatures struck by the Pallid Mask remains unreal for 2d4 rounds. A successful DC 20 wisdom save negates the Charisma drain and reduces the duration of this effect to 1 round. A creature whose Charisma score is reduced to 0 by this effect dies.   the voice of Hastur (Recharge 5-6)when the pallid mask is at low hp he may call upon 1d4 warlocks of the great old one (VGM page 220) or spawns of Hastur (https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/44040-spawn-of-hastur). to act as a distraction whiles the Pallid mask moves his entire movement speed away from the players to escape the battle

The pallid mask can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. only one legendary action can be taken at the time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. The pallid mask regains spent legendary actions at the beginning of his turn.   attack the pallid mask does an attack with his quarterstaff.   The yellow sign(cost 2 actions) The pallid mask reveals the yellow sign to a creature forcing it to do DC15 wisdom save or be charmed for 2 turns


The Pallid Mask is a six-foot-tall slender humanoid figure garbed in a voluminous yellow robe emblazoned with the Yellow Sign, which can be concealed or revealed. His face is a genderless, featureless white mask with openings where the eyes, nose, and mouth should be. The mask is directly connected to soft tissue underneath. (this is a atempted pathfinder to 5e conversion)
