Age. Unkown Myconid Names Myconids do not identify as one sex or the other and thus do not have male or female names. Because myconids usually communicate telepathically, they do not have names for each other, however, members of other races who are not as fond of telepathic communication will give names to their myconid friends. Thus nicknames vary greatly Alignment. Most myconids are True Neutral with good myconids being fairly common and evil myconids are very rare. Size. Myconids range from 4 to 6 feet and weigh 70 to 120 lbs. Your size is Medium. Superior Darkvision. Accustomed to life underground, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray. Sunlight Sensitivity. You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight. Living Mushroom. When you take a long rest, you must spend at least six hours in an inactive, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear indistinguishable to a pile of mushrooms, but it doesn't render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal. You have a number of spores stored up that allow you to do the following abilities, may use these spores a number of days equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest.
Languages. Your people have never developed any languages and don't even understand the concept of language, instead small spores are constantly being aired around you via pores and you can telepathically communicate with any creature within 20ft.
