The Touched

The Touched are humans who received magical abilities from the Saviour. Most of them serve Church of the Saviour as agents, guards and diplomats.

hit dice: 1d8 per Touched level
hit points at 1st level: 8 + Constitution modifier
hit points at higher levels: 1d8 (or 5) + your Constitution modifier per Touched level after 1st
armor proficiencies: Light Armor
weapon proficiencies: Simple weapons
tools: None
saving throws: Wisdom, Charisma
skills: Choose two skills from Arcana, Deception, History, Intimidation, Investigation, Nature, and Religion
starting equipment:
You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:
  • a light crossbow and 20 bolts or any simple weapon

  • a component pouch or an arcane focus

  • a explorer’s pack or a diplomat’s pack

  • Leather armor, any simple weapon, and two daggers

spellcasting:

Charisma is your spellcasting ability. Number of cantrips and spell slots on each level is the same as the warlock class. Your spell slots renew after a long rest.

Bolt of Light

Starting at level 1 you can fire a bolt of light from your hand. The creature you attack must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage. On a successful saving throw it takes only 1d4 radiant damage. At level 4 you can spend one spell slot to double the damage dealt (1d6 becomes 2d6 and 1d4 becomes 2d4).

Teleportation

Starting at level 2 you can teleport to any place in radius of 60 ft around you. Your destination can't be occupied by other creature and it must be possible to stand there. After teleporting you can't move until your next turn, but you can attack.
