Medium Human Inn Keeper , Neutral Good
Morkul Inson, 36, (The name Inson is a derivitive of the term "Innskeep's son")descends from a long line of inn keeps (9th generation as far as they know, but could have been longer if not due to records being destroyed in the great fire in Castledale during The War of the Good Kings). After the fire in Castledale, the Inson family moved to Windhaven. This is where Meadhouse has been since then. Morkul stands roughly 6' tall with a build of a man that tends to indulge in his own mead regularly, but also one who carries his own kegs up the stairs. His reddish brown beard is well kept, but long covering his neck. He wears inexpensive clothing with a nice leather apron. Morkul has always grown up in Inns, so he is very well versed in many customs, races, and histories. He's not a great story teller himself, but has a very good memory to remember all of the tales he has been told (both true and folklore). He was married at the age of 13 to a farmer's daughter named Ann. They had two children: Rodrick (presently 15) and Ella (presently 13). Ann died in childbirth with Ella. The inn will be willed to Rodrick when Morkul passes. Morkul has two very different sides to him. When the crowds are present, he is jovial and full of laughter (as he always was before Ann's death). When he is alone with his children, he is very somber and still mourns Ann (he quietly and secretly resents Ella for her death). All of his attention is paid to Rodrick and when the inn is not busy, he spends his time actively trying to find a husband for Ella. She is beautiful like her mother, so he is seeking a wealthy farmer or merchant, not just some run of the mill peasant.
