Charisma, spell save DC 16, +6 to hit with spell attacks
Conjure Eyeball: As a special action once per turn, Jolene can roll a d6. On a six, she conjures two Eyeballs who are friendly to her.
Bite: melee attack, +7 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 18 (2d12+4) 2d12+4 piercing damage. Burning Wings: As a bonus action, Jolene unfurls her horrible flaming wings and takes to the skies. The intense heat spreads out in two 15ft cones on either side of her body. Each creature in the effected areas must make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC16). A creature takes 3d6 3d6 fire damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. Change Shape - Humanoid: As a bonus action, Jolene magically transforms into a medium female humanoid whose beauty is beyond compare with (metaphorically) flaming locks of auburn hair, ivory skin and eyes of emerald green. Her smile is like a breath of spring and her voice is soft like summer rain. In this form she has advantage on all Persuasion rolls made against male characters and Intimidation rolls made against female characters. Change Shape - Eldritch Horror: As a bonus action, Jolene magically transforms into her true form, a medium fiend with hair of (literal) fire, twelve bulbous green eyes, burning wings, a huge gaping mouth full of sharp needle-like teeth, long razor-sharp red claws, and sagging skin as white as bone. All hostile creatures within 60ft must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC:16) or be frightened of Jolene until the start of their next turn. Claws: melee weapon attack, +7 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 13 (2d8+4) 2d8+4 slashing damage Devour: if an enemy under Jolene's control dies, she obtains their soul. As a bonus action, she can devour their soul and heal herself 2d10+5hp. Set the Earth and Sky Ablaze: As an action, Jolene can focus on a 20ft sphere and fire immediately fills the area. Creatures in the area of effect must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC16). On a failed save, a creature takes 6d6 6d6 fire damage and is set on fire. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and is not set on fire.
Two prominent songs have been written about The Eldritch One, Jolene. One is a well known classic by Madame Dolly of house Parton. The other is more underground, a collaborative ballad of warning by a collection of bards from the Fey lands of Tumbl'r. The first tells of the unparalleled magnetism of the monster's false form, a charismatic, green eyed, auburn haired, human female of beauty beyond compare. The second exposes her true form, a many eyed, flaming-winged eldritch horror with magical powers of mind control and razor sharp claws and fangs. Both songs talk about Jolene's insatiable desire to take other people's men from them. By all accounts, Jolene is an evil manipulator who feeds on happiness and will infiltrate your dreams and ruin your life if she is not stopped.
Taverns, dark places, places where men frequent, underground.
