Description

The woman sneers, raising her hands as lightning crackles around her. Once, this thing was a half elf, but now, they appear to be a grotesque combination of mortal and dragon. Half of her body is encased in bronze scales, and her teeth are sharpened. A single horn curls up from the left side of her head, and a singular dragon wing is sprouting from her back. Her slit pupils narrow, as she raises her fists with her palms open.

Innate Spellcasting (Arcane). Dawn's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). She can innately cast the following spells.

At will: Absorb Elements (Lightning only)

1/day: Control Weather, Sleet storm, wind's favor, wind wall, Endure elements, Fog Cloud,

2/day: Thunder Step, fog cloud, gust of wind, Lightning Arrow

3/day: Dragon's Breath (Lightning only), Levitate (Self only)


Fey Ancestry. Dawn has advantage on saving throws against charm, and is immune to sleep.   Dragon Force (1/3 rounds). When Dawn hits a creature with her unarmed strike, that creature must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked backwards 5 feet and fall prone. On a successful save, the creature isn't moved and doesn't fall prone.   Dragon Smash (1/round). When Dawn hits a creature with an unarmed strike, that creature must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the start of her next turn. Once a creature fails the DC, they cannot be affected again for 24 hours.   Dragon Speed. When she is subjected to a dexterity saving throw to avoid damage, Dawn takes no damage if she succeeds.   Dragon Strike (1/3 rounds). The first creature Dawn hits at the start of her turn with an unarmed strike must succeed a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 lightning damage. On a successful save, they take no extra damage.   Rapid Strike. When she makes an unarmed strike attack, Dawn can make a second as a bonus action.   Form II. Reactions

Tough Scales. Dawn can reduce incoming spell damage by 1d10+10. If this reduces the damage to 0, the spell is reflected back at the caster.   Updraft. Dawn can reduce fall damage by 60 points.
