Proud and warlike, the sight of a Manzi warrior on the battlefield is enough to make many cower in fear. The Manz are a frog-like humanoid race, with the appearance of a humanoid body with a frog head. They tend to range in color greatly and pride themselves on their physical prowess.
A Manzi may have many motivations to become an adventurer, whether to challenge themselves with physically daunting challenges and slay fearsome beasts or to defend their honor against some insult inflicted upon them.
Age. Manz are a short lived race, reaching maturity after two years of life, at which point they have metamorphosed from their aquatic larval stage to their adult forms. A Manzi will only start to count their age after this transformation and will generally live for another forty years.
Alignment. Ever a belligerent race, most Manz tend toward an evil alignment, believing in their superiority to all other chaosborn life as well as the Valmari. However, this is not to discount Manz who choose to live in the light. Chivalrous Manz who fight for their honor and the glory of their empire abound in great numbers as well.
Amphibian Ancestry. Due to their amphibian nature, Manz possess the ability to breathe underwater.
Walloping Kick. As an action, a Manz may give a jump up and deliver a devastating kick toward any assailant within 5ft of them. Roll a simple melee weapon attack, on a hit, the victim takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage and must succeed a saving throw of 8 + Str + Proficiency Bonus or be knocked 20ft back and prone. Any individuals the victim passes through are also knocked prone. This ability must be refreshed by taking a long rest.
