Darkvision

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.  

Unnatural Constitution

You have resistance to necrotic damage and poison damage.  

Unstable Form

You are vulnerable to fire damage and thunder damage.  

Absorb Essence

When you damage a creature with a melee attack or a spell you can cause the attack or spell to deal extra damage to the creature. The extra damage equals half your level rounded up. You then heal the damage dealt. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.  

Aberrant Form

Your body can twist and reshape itself as you will it, changing body parts into dangerous weapons or useful tools, and regenerating after damage.   The transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.   As you are transformed you gain the option to apply the following benefits:   Chitinous Shell.armor   Eldritch Limbs. You can transform one or both of your arms into a weapon of sharp claws or a knife of bone. When you make an attack, you can use this Adaptation. If you do, you gain the following features:

• You may roll a d6 in place of normal damage for unarmed strikes.
• Your claws or bone knife have the finesse property.
• You cannot hold any object in the affected arm. This includes, but is not limited to, weapons, shields, and spellcasting focuses.

Any object you are holding merges into your adaptation or immediately drops to the ground. The GM may decide if they feel the object is too large to merge.
