Stored power: If you take an extra 2 hours when you long rest, the next day you can use up to your Strength modifier + proficiency bonus in bonuses for any strength rolls, including melee weapon attacks. (F.ex, a strength modifier of +3, and proficiency bonus of +2, means you have 5 points you can use to add to Strength based rolls during the day, which can be broken up however you want, +1 five times or, +5 1 time) at level 10 you also get an additional 3 points and 3 more at level 20. If you decide to add this extra time to your rest, if you are interrupted, your Strength will be reduced to 10 until you can take the full rest time.
-If you are a Mystic (Psion), then at 3rd level you can use these points as Psi points instead. At 10th level, you can use each point as 2 Psi points.
-You can permanently remove some hair and 3(?) points from your pool, to ritually combine your hair with a weapon, so you can control it telekinetically (to an extent) and sense it's whereabouts if it's away from you.

-Pretty much look like dwarves otherwise
-Hair and Eyes can have a light glow with intense psionic power usage
Personality
-The Kharadei are a bit stuck up, they think they are better than pretty much everyone else.
-They are also noble and kind generally, albeit a bit intrusive sometimes
-Their hair is sacred to them, so don't mess with it
Culture
-The Kharadei can use their hair to amplify their psionic power and can also use it to store their strength for later use. Because of this their hair is treated as sacred and gives them status as well.
-Punishment in the culture is to be shaved publicly, escalating to searing their facial skin so they can't grow facial hair and sometimes to have your scalp seared for the same reason. These people are outcasts and usually leave Kharadei society
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Dwarvish. Dwarvish is full of hard consonants and guttural sounds, and those characteristics spill over into whatever other language a dwarf might speak.
