History:
They are a turtle like species that live under the sea. There are multiple tribes of them throughout the ocean, but there is one kingdom that they are from, Grabdus. This species is typically peaceful and live closely with the Piglanus. They are extremely strong creatures with high strength and constitution, but low dexterity. What they lack in speed, they make up for in strength and health. They have high health and armor. Due to their time underwater, they speak and walk slowly on earth.

Anatomy: They large biped tortoises who have 3 fingers on each hand, and a thumb.
Age and growth rate: They can live for up to 400 years and reach adulthood at 84 years.
Diet: They are vegans, they can only eat fruits and vegetables.
Additional Information:
Geography: Native to the city of Grabdus, but can be found in tribes around the ocean as well as living in cities on land.
Alignment: They lean to good alignments due to their pacifist nature.
Size: 5-6 ft
Claws: Testia are capable of attacking with their claws. They do 2d4 plus str slashing damage.
Hiding: Tertia can climb into your shell, they cannot make any moves while in their shell. They gain an AC +3 while in the shell. Get advantage on con throws, but gain disadvantage on dex throws.
Oceanic: Capable of seeing underwater due to living in the ocean for many centuries.
Natural Armor: The have a natural AC of 17 and are incapable of wearing armor. They are still able to wear clothes. Due to their shell, they are resistant to piercing damage.
Shell shock: They can climb into their shells and spin at an enemy uncontrollably. It is a strength check to hit, and causes 1d10 damage. User has disadvantage on next turn due to dizziness from spinning.
Languages. They speak Elvish, Common, and Draconic.
