Large Sea Elf Mercenary , Lawful Good
A tall, imposing warrior of the sea hired by the coastal hamlet of Greenhook to defend them and their children from the child hunts. She's 7'3, has murky blue skin and long, oily black hair, and is incredibly muscular. Her eyes are a milky white, and her teeth are yellowed and razor sharp fangs. She's clad in a filthy set of mail and steel, perfect for blending in to the darkness of the water she lurks in.
Even though she's a sellsword, Ursula's urge to do the right thing will have her taking jobs for cheap if she feels that it is a just cause.
While her intentions for fighting are often well-meaning, her bloodlust and cruelty in a fight may overcome her sense of moral judgement.
Fear Aura. Ursula can expend her action, and any creature hostile to the sea elf that starts its turn within 20 feet of her must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, unless the she is incapacitated. On a failed save, the creature is frightened until the start of its next turn. If a creature's saving throw is successful, the creature is immune to Ursula Fear Aura for the next 24 hours.
Multiattack. Ursula can make two attacks; one with her Killer Lance and one Bite attack or two Bite attacks. Killer Lance. Melee Weapon attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit: 14 (2D12 + 6) Piercing damage. Bite. Melee Weapon attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 6) Piercing damage. If hit, target loses 1d6 hit points from bleeding for 2d4 rounds.
Water Spout. When Ursula is about to be hit by a melee attack, she can use her reaction to spray her foe with a geyser of water that stuns them for a brief moment; giving them disadvantage.
