Alignment: Tend toward LE
Sunlight Sensitivity: Disadvantage on Attack and Perception in direct sunlight.
Darkvision: You can, within 60 feet, see in dim light as if it were full light, and darkness as if it were dim light.
Pack tactics: you have advantage on attack rolls if at least one ally is within 5 feet of your target and isn't incapacitated.
Tool Proficiency: Trappers Kits (These contain notchers, knot-tying jig, small counterweights, files, etc. to make and set traps)   Clan Mutatis: Your clan is known for vivisecting and enhancing any number of beasts. Dire rats, cranium rats, rat ogres, hellrat drakes, and some varieties of owlbears owe their existence to your clan. This is the most respected of clans for their contributions to the varied menageries.
Ability score increase: Wis +1
Weapon Proficiencies: Nets, Whips, Mancatchers, and saps.
Proficiency: Animal Handling (expertise)
Personal Pet: At character level 6, you gain access to a rat or kobold related animal companion equivalent to a ranger 3 levels lower. This is in addition to any other animal companions you may have.   Clan Plague: Dedicated to spreading disease and pain, your clan masters disease and poison. Over continual exposure, only the toughest of your clan survive. You are all also carriers of disease, and relish in your roles as vectors of contagion.
Ability score increase: Con +2
Damage immunity: Poison
Condition immunity: Poisoned, non-magical diseases
Special ability: Vector of Contagion: All physical attacks you make carry the possibility of infecting with a particularly virulent strain of disease. Sewer plague or DM's choice, DC set by 8+Con mod+Proficiency   Clan Splinter: Assassins that are focused on overwhelming your opponents defenses, striking as many times as possible before the target can react, then fading away into the fog, your clan prizes the heads of your victims as trophies above all else.
Ability score increase: Dex +1
Weapon Proficiency: Daggers, sickles, scimitars and hand crossbows
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with poisoners kits
Proficiency: Stealth
Speed increases to 40 ft/round
Special attack: Sneak attack damage as a rogue, 1d6. This stacks with Rogue sneak attack damage (i.e. 1st level Splinter Rogue does 2d6 sneak attack)   Clan Gyre: Madness induced by the ingestion of strange glowing powders (which double as all kobold currency) doesn't stop the creation of NEWER and BETTER ways to violently dismember enemies at a distance. Inventors of many a strange tool and weapon, nothing quite represents kobold ingenuity to the outside world as much as the contraptions of your clan, likely to be as deadly to the user as the victim.
Ability score increase: Dex +1
Spellcasting: You may choose 1 spell from the Warlock cantrip table. Your spellcasting ability for this is Intelligence.
Weapon proficiency: You are considered proficient with all ranged weapons except longbows and all magical weapons even if there is a class restriction.
Tool Proficiency: Tinker's Tools   Clan Gnaw: Considered barbaric by the rest of your kind, the kobolds of your clan are a bit different, and spend most of their time hunting and raiding than working on inventions at a feverish pitch. You value large, tough kobolds, and are likely the least paranoid of your kind. You will often be found above-ground and outdoors hunting lone orcs and goblins or other beasts to be taken back and sold to be experiments of the mad clansmiths of Clan Mutatis.
Alternate Ability score improvement: +2 Con, +1 Wis instead of any other ability score improvement
Sunlight exposure: You have neither sunlight sensitivity nor darkvision
Weapon Proficiency: Nets, Whips, Mancatchers and Saps.
 

Languages. Common and your choice of Gnomish, Dwarvish, or Undercommon. Additionally, you can also communicate with tiny and small beasts.
