Bag of Moonstones

This velvet blue bag contains 1d4+1 smooth white stones. A creature attuned to the bag can use a bonus action to speak the command word "Light!" while within 30 ft of one of the stones to cause it to shed bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light in a 30-foot radius beyond that. If multiple moonstones are near each other, they can all be activated at once if each is no more than 30 ft from another moonstone. While in the bright light, a shapechanger must make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw or its true form is revealed. The command word "Eclipse!" turns off the light (no action required). Only a creature attuned to the bag can remove a moonstone from it. A creature can use an action to throw one of the stones up to 60 ft, casting the moonbeam spell centered on the point where it lands. The moonbeam remains in place until the creature's next turn and doesn't require concentration. The stone is destroyed when this property is used. Once all of the stones in the bag have been destroyed, roll a d20. On a roll of 19 or 20, 1d3 more stones instantly appear in the bag. On any other roll, the bag becomes nonmagical.
