Lurking within the most devoid swamps and caves, Leper Goblins have become frail and sickly scavengers. They will often swarm adventures, traders, or any other unfortunate passerby in hopes of ravaging any sort of food or medical supplies. During their life in the swamps, this species of goblin has been plagued with a parasitic fungus that will spore upon its hosts death.
