Surts Mantel

For any other creature it will feel hot but not burn it. You need to be chaotic to attune to this item.]

This mantle is shaped like the wings of a dragon or demon and when you attune to it they attatch to your back giving you a flying speed of 20ft. The wings are 12ft across and beats with a slow heavy wosch when flying. Although the membrane seems light it is heavy and as sturdy as any armor.   Fireskin While wearing this mantle you can use your action to sweep the wings around you removing your flyspeed but increasing your AC to 17. And gaining immunity to fire damage.   Absorb While fireskin is activated you can expend a charge to absorb incoming fire damage into the mantle. Absorbed heat makes the mantle glow hotter and it deals absorbed Damage/10 damage to the anyone toutching you or making a melee spell attack agains you. At 30 absorbed damage all the heat is given off in an explosive blast dealing 4d10 fire damage in a radius of 10ft or half as much if they suceed on a DC 14 dex save.   Lash You can use a bonus action to make a melee attack +8 to hit dealing 2d6+4 slashing damage against a target you attacked with your attack action.   Bellow When you fly you can use your wings as a massive bellow. You can spend 40ft of movement to target a creature with a forcefull wind forcing them to make a DC 16 dex save or be pushed 10ft back and knocked prone. This feature can also be used to stirr up flames around you making them spread up to 10ft onto any nearby combustable material.
