Reactions
Scream of Retribution Once per combat, the Nenid Peasant can let out a wail that affects a 20ft radius around it. Those in this radius must make a Wis save 16 or be stunned for 1 minute. Those who fail the save may make another save at the end of their turn. If they succeed against the Wis save, they are immune to this Nenid Peasant's Scream of Retribution until their next short or long rest.
The Nenid Peasant cannot use the scream again until it has had a long or short rest.
This being is about 7 foot in height. It is a humanoid creature and its body is covered in a thin dark briny haze that can not be seen through even with magic so that it seems like a humanoid that is made of smoke. Its arms are scarily long with it's fingertips scraping the ground. Its main visible feature is its eyes which are a golden color. When it is calm, it just emits a low distorted moan, but when it is finally angered, it lets out a distorted otherworldly scream until it either disappears or dies. Even in death though, the haze remains. The body crumbles into dust soon after death.
The Nenid Peasant is found mainly around:
- Rural villages that are close to major cities
- Temple Ruins
- Ancient Battlegrounds
- Ancient Ruins
