This golden rod with blue details has the follow inscription on it: "As long as you follow the wind of justice and goodness, power shall be in your hands to control it".

While holding this rod, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attacks rolls and the saving throw DCs of your warlock spells.

In addition you regain one warlock spell slot as an action while holding the rod. You can't use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
