3-level Necromancy (ritual)
Up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range must make Constitution saving throws. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw would regain hit points through any means other than a long or short rest, they regain no hit points and instead suffer 1d4 necrotic damage.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.
