Appearance

The Javelin is made from a single piece of Steel. When held the user's hair stands on end slightly

Effects

When thrown the Javelin returns to user as soon as it's thrown leaving a trail of electrical current in its path. The javelin has the ability to hit multiple targets if they are within 5ft of each other in chain like manner. Each creature can only be hit once unless stated otherwise stated. It contains five charges. Gain 1d4-1 charges at Noon if the Javelin is in contact with a piece of metal.

Charge Uses

  1. One charge can be used to cast shocking grasp on all targets hit by the javelin   2. Two charges can be used to instead (roll: 1d4) on 2+ the chain continues and has ability to hit the same creature more than once as long as they where not the last creature hit. on a 1 the chain ends dealing an extra (roll: 1d8+8) damage on the target   3. Two charges can be used to cast Call Lightning with a range of 150ft   4. One charge can be used to determine in which direction north, cause a small electric spark, or identify if a substance is an electric conductor   5. One charge can be used to start a thunder storm or dispel a thunder storm   6. Two Charges can be used to cast Storm Sphere
