A crimson red mantle, with a golden crest at the top, depicting our lord and savior Sean foisting responsibility. The bottom frays into several braided frills. Upon activation, the crest glows golden.   Once per long rest, you may foist your responsibility, forcing a willing target you can see within 30 ft. to make a saving throw or skill check in your place. Any benefits fall to you, and any consequences fall to both you and the target.
