Instrument Magical Legendary (this item requires attunement) [Must be attuned by a bard]
This kit of drums was created by the Orc lords of the Everymen. The drums has four kits, below labelled as Bottom Right, Bottom Left, Top Right, and Top Left. Beating a drum takes an action, and the player of Ire can beat two drums at once. Beating a drum causes a magical effect to take place, described below. The DC for all saves with this drum is 18. This drum has 10 charges, and replenishes 1d6 charges every night. Bottom Right This drum has the symbol of a dragon on it's drumskin. Upon beating it, you may choose one creature of your choice that can hear the drums. They must roll a Wisdom saving throw, taking 3d6 thunder damage. On a success, they take half damage. On a failure, they take full damage and are frightened for one minute. For the duration that they are frightened, every time the wielder of Ire hits a drum, they take 1d10 psychic damage. Bottom Left This drum has the symbol of a ram on it's drumskin. Upon beating it, you summon three giant rams (use the Giant Goat statblock). You can telepathically communicate with these rams, and they act as a part of your turn. They follow all commands you make. Top Right This drum has the symbol of a demon on it's drumskin. Upon beating it, you are surrounded by a pillar of fire, with the center of the radius stemming from you. The pillar is 20 feet high and has a radius of 10 feet. Any creatures that are standing within this radius when the drum is beat must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 fire damage. All creatures entering this pillar take 4d6 fire damage, and continue taking it for every turn they start there. Alternatively, you can summon a quasit with the ability to teleport 60ft. as a bonus action. You can telepathically communicate with this quasit, and it follows all comnmands you make. Top Left This drum has the symbol of an eagle on it's drumskin. Upon beating it, you gain a flying speed of 60ft. and gain the effects of the Enlarge spell for one minute. You may alternatively give this effect to a willing creature that can hear the drum.
