A thunderbeast gets 3 legendary actions, only one can be used at a time and only at the end of another creatures turn. They regain a legendary action at the start of their turn. Instant Transmission: The beast lets out a thunderous roar and moves up to 60 ft within its thunderstorm instantly, ignoring opportunity attacks. Call Lightning: A thunderous scream is emitted and the creature calls a large bold of lightning down on another creature within 40 ft of itself. The target must make a DC 18 DEX save or take 12 (2d12) lightning damage, or half on a success. All other creatures within 10 ft of the target must make a DC 14 CON save or take 5 (1d10) thunder damage.
Intense thunderstorm always accompanied
A raging chaotic being of thunder and lightning, personifications of the thunderstorms they reside in. A Thunderbeasts head has a jaw akin to a dragon, and no apparent eyes, ears or nose, with jagged spikes jutting from the back. Their upper body bears the appearance of a hunched, and broad shouldered humanoid. It's arms end in a tapper, similar to a whip, with barbs all across its arm that produce electricity, with a larger a cluster at the tips. Their legs are thin and feet are claws like a birds. They read their surroundings by measuring the electricity coming from everything.
