Vambraces of the Cwieldan Forgers

Armor Magical, Armour, Positive (+1 to AC), Effect Fight (Once attuned as a bonus action the wearer can set any melee weapon alight, resulting in an extra +d4 fire damage when damage is taken from the weapon. If the wearer is proficient with metalworking tools this damage is increased to +d8 damage. On a critical hit with a weapon that is currently alight due to the effect of these vambraces the target is set alight also, taking the d4/d8 damage each turn unless an action is taken to put the target out. Once an item is aflame these effects last for 1 minute. This can only be used once per long rest Effect (If attuned by someone proficient in Iron Working the wearer gains +1 to any check involving iron working) Very Rare (this item requires attunement)

Dull orange leather vambraces, gilt in gold patterns of flame with rare orange "Fire Opals" inlayed into the design. Created by the warrior artificers of Cwield during the First Great Porphorion empire to help them create new weapons for the Porphorion Guard. Now the rare few of these that survive are used as weapons in their own right. And if a follower of Cwield makes use of these they become even more potent!
