Jenny is a 4th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks).

1st level (4 slots): cure wounds, faerie fire, guiding bolt, healing word, sanctuary, shield of faith, sleep
2nd level (3 slots): aid, calm emotions, moonbeam, pass without trace, see invisibility
Underlined spells are domain spells and can't be replaced.
Oracle Bones. In addition to the above cleric spells (or any replacements prepared on a long rest), Jenny can ritually cast the following spells without preparation. Once Jenny has cast five levels worth of ritual spells from the Oracle Bones, she can't cast more until completing a short or long rest.
1st level: alarm, ceremony, detect poison and disease, longstrider
2nd level: augury, find steed, locate animals or plants
3rd level: feign death, water walk (1x/day each)
4th level: divination (1x/day)


Action Surge. Once per short or long rest, Jenny can take one additional action on her turn.
Born to the Saddle. Jenny has advantage on saving throws made to avoid falling off Kawasaki. If she falls off and descends no more than 10 feet, she can land on her feet if she's not incapacitated. Mounting or dismounting Kawasaki costs only 5 feet of movement.
Evasion.When Jenny is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. While Jenny is riding Kawasaki, this ability applies to both of them.
Relentless Endurance. When Jenny is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, she can drop to 1 hit point instead. Once she uses this trait, she can’t do so again until after a long rest.
Unwavering Mark.When Jenny hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, she can mark the creature until the end of her next turn. This effect ends early if she is incapacitated or if someone else marks the creature. While it is within 5 feet of Jenny, a marked creature has disadvantage on any attack roll that doesn't target her.

Actions

Jenny makes two attacks, either with her elbow blades or her longbow.
Elbow Blades. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6+5 slashing damage. Once per turn, if Jenny has advantage on the attack or has an ally adjacent to the target and doesn't have disadvantage, she adds 4d6 to the attack's damage.
Longbow. +11 to hit, range 150/600 ft. Hit: 1d8+6 magical piercing damage, Once per turn, if Jenny has advantage on the attack or has an ally adjacent to the target and doesn't have disadvantage, she adds 4d6 to the attack's damage.

Campfire Sanctuary. A 30-foot radius sphere filled with dim, flickering firelight appears, centered on Jenny and moving with her. It lasts for 1 minute or until Jenny is incapacitated or dies. Whenever a creature (including Jenny) ends its turn in the sphere, she can grant that creature 1d6+4 temporary HP or end one effect causing them to be charmed or frightened. Once Jenny uses this feature, she can't use it again until she finishes a short or long rest.
Eyes of Night. As an action, Jenny can magically grant 300 feet of darkvision to up to 4 willing creatures she can see within 10 feet, for 1 hour. She can use this feature once per long rest or by expending a spell slot of any level.
Vigilant Blessing. As an action, Jenny can give one creature she touches advantage on their next initiative roll. This benefit ends if she uses this feature again.

Bonus Actions

Second Wind. Once per short or long rest, Jenny can use a bonus action to regain 1d10+5 HP.
Cunning Action. Jenny can Dash, Disengage, Hide, Use an Object, or make a Sleight of Hand (Dexterity) check as a bonus action. When she Dashes as a bonus action, she can gain 5 temporary HP, five times per long rest.
Steady Aim. If Jenny hasn't moved this turn, she can grant herself advantage on her next attack roll during the current turn. Her speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn.
Unwavering Mark. If a creature marked by Jenny's Unwavering Mark deals damage to anyone other than her, she can make a melee weapon attack with advantage against the marked creature as a bonus action on her next turn. The attack's weapon deals an additional 2 damage. Regardless of the number of creatures she marks, she can make this special attack twice per long rest.

Reactions

Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker Jenny can see hits her or Kawasaki with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack's damage against her.
