A white stone which glows brightly, as if under the effects of the light spell.   When this item is attuned, you may use one of its charges in place of a 1st lvl spell slot. You may use additional charges replace higher level slots.   The stone gains 1d6 charges at dawn every day, to a maximum of 30 charges.
