Birdman

The birdmen of Olivia are plentiful across Khiinori, Rhuti, Quldafjord and so on. Believing they are descended from the Dragonmother, alike their lizardmen kind, they consider them a noble, respectable and civilised race. They can differ in their cultures widely; the Rhutian are more reserved and in tune with nature, the Qinori more intellectual, and the Seero more active and colourful. The one thing that is prominent amongst them all if that they consider themselves in high regard.
ability score increase: DEX +2, INT +1
age: Birdmen live for only around 30 years, reaching adulthood at around 6 years in age.
Size: Medium
speed: 30ft
Languages: Rhutian, Seero, Qinori
race features:
Flight Because of your wings, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can’t use this flying speed if you’re wearing medium or heavy armor.   Talons You have talons that you can use to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with them, the strike deals 1d6 + your Strength modifier slashing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.   Wind Caller Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the Gust of Wind spell with this trait, without requiring a material component. Once you cast the spell with this trait, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have of 2nd level or higher. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for it when you cast Gust of Wind with this trait (choose when you select this race).
The birdmen vary in appearance depending on culture. The Qinori are often black-feathered beings, akin to the common raven, with black beaks. The Seero are colourful beings that can vary between red, yellow, and blue; they are akin to the common parrot. But the Rhutian are akin to the eagles; brown and beige feathers with lightly coloured heads and large wingspans.
