With a spark of flame in your hands, you unleash a bright ray of light forming a line 30 feet long and 5 feet wide. Each creature in the line must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 radiant damage and is blinded until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t blinded.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
