Blighted. The blightlock's weapon attacks deal an additonal 3d6 necrotic damage (included in the attack). Additonally, the blightlock can choose to replace the damage of any of its spells with nectrotic damage.
Multiattack. The blightlock makes two Dagger attacks. Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) nectrotic damage. Spellcasting. The blightlock casts one of the following spells, using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 15): At will: detect magic, Ray of Enfeeblement, levitate, mage armor (self only), mage hand, Witch Bolt (nectrotic only), prestidigitation 1/day each: vitriolic sphere, gaseous form, sickening radiance
Vile Step (recharge 5-6). The Blightlock teleports to an unoccupied space it can see within 30 ft. Immediately after it disappears, poisonous miasma appears, and each creature within 10 feet of the space it left must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 3d10 nectrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
