You tamper with the natural flow of magic and fate. Choose a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you. {That creature must make a charisma saving throw?}. On a failure you may do any one of the following before the spell ends:
Reduce or increase their next attack roll by 1d4*
Reduce or increase their next damage roll by 1d4*
Reduce or increase their move speed by 5ft until the end of their next turn
(*) you must use this ability before the GM announces the results of the roll.
At higher levels: The spell's dice increases to a d6 when you reach 5th level, and again at 11th level (d8), and again at 17th level (d10)
