Medium Angenratte, Assault Infantry, Neutral Evil
Tailspikes are those in Ratfolk armies that show capability to resist large amounts of damage without much impact. They are given among the thickest layers of armor and stack them onto one another, severely decreasing movement, yet increasing combat capacity. Tailspikes have massive ball-like gloves, of which have been combined with sharp fragments of scrap and metal, a dangerous and potentially lethal aspect of their suits of armor. The emergence of Tailspikes became apparent when Clan Ekrid had first discovered the forging of Dwarfen armories, at which point was taken advantage of and put to full practice. After this event, the Clan had a string of victories against both Dwarf and Ratmen alike falling into their hands, a clear sign that the new technological and military development was indeed working. Tailspikes are Level 5 Angenratte.
