Uchiha use chakra instead of spell slots.
Innitially, the uchicha have chakra equal to twice their level, which becomes 3x level at 10 Chakra is fully replenished between long rests.   Each spell drains chakra equal to twice the level of the used spell. Uchiha has access to spells of level of half their level, rounded up.   Mangekyo sharingan abilities:   Amaterasu: Use your eye to concentrate on igniting a target in flames. While this eye is active, the target being focused by the vision takes 2d8 fire? damage every turn. While amaterasu is active, every turn drains 1 hour of the leftover sharigan duration. Every turn, the target throws a Dexterity saving throw. If it succeeds, it takes half damage on that turn.   Tsukuyomi: Use your eye to concentrate creating an illusionary plane for the target. In this illusionary plane, the target takes 1d8 psychic damage every turn. The target also has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks. If they succeed a wisdom saving throw, they do not take damage.

Sharingan(Level 1): You gain the ability to activate your Sharingan, granting you enhanced perception and predictive abilities. While your Sharingan is active, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and darkvision of 60 feet.   3 tomoe Sharingan (Level 3): The duration of the sharingan doubles. Moreover, while looking at the attacker, you have a bonus to AC equal to half you dex modifier, rounded up. It also gives advantage on Dexterity saving throws.   Chidori Mastery (Level 3): You gain access to the Chidori technique, a powerful jutsu. As an action, you can channel your chakra to create a crackling sphere of lightning in your hand. Make a melee spell attack against a target within range, using your Dexterity modifier for the attack roll. On a hit, the target takes lightning damage equal to expended chakra + your Dexterity modifier. Requires at least 2 chakra points. For every 2 chakra points used, it deals 1d10 damage lightning damage   Extra Attack (Level 5): You gain the ability to make an extra attack when you take the Attack action on your turn.   Eye of Hypnotism (Level 7): Your Sharingan evolves, allowing you to cast the "Genjutsu" for a cost of x chakra. At the start of each of it's turn, the target makes a wisdom saving throw. On fail, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks. On success, the spell ends.   Mangekyo Sharingan (Level 10): You awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan, unlocking new, devastating ocular abilities. Choose two Mangekyo Sharingan abilities from a list of options (e.g., Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Susanoo) and gain access to them. Additionally, your chakra pool increases, granting you a total number of chakra points equal to your Uchiha level x 2. These abilities do not have a chakra cost, but their use reduce the ammount of time the sharingan can be used. It also provides +2 to the spell DC of the mangekyo sharingan abilities   Susanoo Mastery (Level 10): You master the legendary Susanoo, summoning a spectral warrior of immense power to aid you in battle. Once per short rest, you can summon your Susanoo as a bonus action or reaction. Your Susanoo manifests as a spectral avatar with hit points equal to 2 times your Uchiha level, resistance to all damage, and powerfull sword that can deal 3d8 + Dexterity modifier force damage with 20 feet reach. While your Susanoo is active, you gain advantage on attack rolls and saving throws, and your Susanoo can make attacks as if it were you. The Susanoo can remain active for up to 2 turn.   Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (Level 15): You further develop your Mangekyo Sharingan, allowing you to cast your chosen Mangekyo Sharingan abilities twice per Sharingan activation without suffering exhaustion levels. Additionally, you gain resistance to psychic damage. It enhances the bonus of the spell save DC of the mangekyo sharingan abilities to +4.   Ultimate Susanoo (Level 18): Your Susanoo becomes even more formidable, and your control over it reaches its peak. The duration of your Susanoo's manifestation increases to 3 turns, and its strength and resilience are enhanced. It's hp becomes your level x 3 and the blade deals an extra d8 force damage.
subclass options:
The subclass offers a chakra nature to the Uchiha, giving him access to specific spells. Moreover, the damage type of the chidori becomes the same type as the chakra nature.?
