The Oshye may rule the world of beauracracy, but their power comes from the Trisine and Kersine of the world. They need to be gathered and brought to the Trisine Tower in the heart of the Oshye territory. The Oshye Hunters are the ones that are tasked with bringing them in.
Oshye Hunters are skilled at nonlethal takedown, using any methods necessary before actually bringing harm to their quarry. In the event that such skills fail, however...the Oshye Hunters make sure that no one else can bring the power of the Trisine or Kersine to bear...particularly Kersine.

class features:
Bring Them to Heel (3rd level)
The first attack that hits each turn deals an additional 1d4 psychic damage. Every subsequent attack deals an additional 1 psychic damage as well. In addition, all weapon attacks made by an Oshye Hunter can be non-lethal, including ranged attacks.
See Through Lies (3rd level)
When you first take this subclass, you gain proficiency in the Insight skill if you didn't already have it. In addition, you gain expertise in the Insight skill.
Resist Quarry (7th level)
Upon reaching 7th level, the Oshye hunter gains proficiency in Wisdom saving throws. They also gain advantage on all saving throws vs. Illusion spells.
Hunt the Unseen (11th level)
You gain proficiency and expertise in the Survival skill, and further have advantage when using it to track your quarry. Creatures that are invisible do not gain advantage against you. In addition, if there is a creature that is invisible, you may detect it with your passive perception without an action. IF they are not actively hiding from you, it is against their passive stealth. If they are, it is against their stealth roll. If you detect them with your perception, you do not suffer disadvantage on the attack roll.
Dispelling Strike (15th level)
When you strike a target with a weapon attack, you know how many spells are currently affecting it and what school of magic it is. This does not give you any information on what spells, however.
As a free action on each successful weapon attack hit, you can attempt to dispel one illusion spell that is affecting them. You can target additional illusion spells on subsequent hits. As a bonus action, you can target any one spell, not just illusion spells. You can use dispelling strike a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
